After carefully considering your goals and availability, select the program that aligns with your aspirations. Once you've made your choice, simply proceed with the payment process to officially enroll. You will receive a welcome package with a link to download the exclusive Fitness App where you will access your program, along with a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), waiver, Fitness Assessment preparation instructions, the Fitness Assessment, etc.

 

 

2. Complete the Fitness Assessment

Our comprehensive Fitness Assessments provide an in-depth analysis of your current fitness level, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. With detailed measurements and expert guidance, the Fitness Assessment helps to optimize your fitness journey and track your progress along the way. This works as a complementary tool in understanding where your current fitness level is at and where your fitness level will be. It is not required, but definitely recommended.

 

 

3. Access the Program of Choice

Receive access to the program of your choice on our Fitness App. Whether it's a personalized workout and nutrition program, weight loss, yoga, strength and conditioning, wellness, HIIT, Challenges, or something else, you'll gain immediate access to a comprehensive and structured program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our user-friendly platform ensures a seamless experience, allowing you to navigate through the program materials, workouts, and resources effortlessly.

4. Follow the Program, Track it, & Have it Monitored

Track your workouts with ease using our intuitive workout-tracking system. Track progress, targets, and stay motivated on your fitness journey on the Fitness App. Achieve your health goals with our nutrition tracking tool that tracks calorie intake, and macros, and make informed choices for a balanced diet. All of this will be monitored by our team to make sure you're sticking to your program.
