How Our Coaching Works

1. Choose the Duration & Pay for the Coaching Package

You have the flexibility to choose the duration that suits your needs—whether it's the comprehensive 12-week program or the shorter yet intensive 4-week option. After carefully considering your goals and availability, select the program that aligns with your aspirations. Once you've made your choice, simply proceed with the payment process to officially enroll. You will receive a welcome package with a link to download the exclusive Fitness App, along with a PARQ, waiver, Fitness Assessment preparation instructions, the Fitness Assessment, etc.



2. Complete the Fitness Assessment

Our comprehensive Fitness Assessments provide an in-depth analysis of your current fitness level, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. With detailed measurements and expert guidance, your coach develops a personalized plan to optimize your fitness journey and track your progress along the way. You'll receive an initial Onboarding Call after to discuss the fitness assessment and how the program will be designed specifically for you.



3. Receive an Initial Onboarding Video Call

During the Onboarding Video call with your coach, your fitness assessment, personalized workout and nutrition programs, and goals will be discussed along with any questions or concerns you might have. You'll learn how your tailored program has been designed specifically to help you achieve your objectives, ensuring a successful and targeted approach to your fitness transformation.

4. Receive a Personalized Workout & Nutrition Program

Experience the power of personalized workout programs tailored to your goals. Unlock your potential with customized workout plans for optimal results. Optimize your health with personalized nutrition programs. Tailored to your unique needs, your coach's expert guidance helps you achieve balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.



5. Follow the Program, Track it, & Have it Monitored

Track your workouts with ease using our intuitive workout-tracking system. Track progress, targets, and stay motivated on your fitness journey. Achieve your health goals with our nutrition tracking tool that tracks calorie intake, and macros, and make informed choices for a balanced diet. All of this will be monitored by your coach to make sure you're sticking to your individualized program.



6. Stay Connected with Daily Direct Messaging

Stay connected and motivated with direct messaging in our coaching sessions. Receive personalized advice, daily support, and motivation from your dedicated coach. Share progress, ask questions, and benefit from the convenience of ongoing communication, empowering you to stay on track and achieve your exercise and nutrition goals.

7. Receive Exercise Technique Correction as Needed

Refine your exercise technique with our coaching sessions. Through video calls, your coach provides expert advice, form correction, and feedback. You'll receive personalized guidance, tips, and even utilize messages or video recordings to ensure your form is on point, optimizing your workouts for maximum effectiveness and injury prevention.



8. Receive Weekly or Monthly Video Calls

Experience the power of personalized coaching through video calls. Receive expert advice, form correction, and guidance on exercise and nutrition, tailored to your needs. 9. Have the Program Adjusted as Needed
